Fruit Snacks is the healthiest and tastiest snacks you can choose.  Choosing the fruits which are in season allows you to eat the cheapest fruit as well as the fruit having the best nutritional value.  With the ability to import foods into the country with ease, most fruit is available all year round.  The down side of this is by the time fruit reaches the United States it has been in transit for many days, maybe even weeks. 

These fruits are picked early so their nutritional value is not as good as fruits picked at the peak of ripeness.   Imported fruit are also more expensive than local ripe fruits.
