Low Calorie Diet

Low Calorie Diet is a valuable way of overcoming obesity and living a healthy life.  Basically a Low Calorie would consist of 1000 – 1800 Calories per day.   In order to keep to the limit of these calories and not be hungry you must choose low fat low calorie foods.  Fresh fruits and vegetables are the lowest in calories.  You must include at least 80 – 115g of protein to your diet a day.  It is important to take note of the type of lifestyle you lead when considering how many calories you should consume in order to lose weight and stay healthy.  If you have an office job for instance and don’t exercise you do not need to have as many calories as somebody who has an active job and exercises as well.



Low Calorie Diet

Eating as many fruit and vegetables, while on a Low Calorie Diet is often a good way to address the issue of hunger.  As well as a trying to reduce your calorie intake it is a good idea to start an exercise program.  If you have not exercised much before or you are overweight, starting an exercise program on a Recumbent Bike.  This bike has a bucket seat so it can be better for your upper and lower back.  You can start off slowly and build up your intensity and time as you get fitter.
