It is a good idea to have a least one exercise machine in your home, such as a Spinning Bike or Treadmill, this will enable you to do your cardiovascular exercise inside when the weather conditions don’t allow you to go out.  It  also is more convenient than joining a gym as having to have to drive to the gym, finding a car park and then waiting for the equipment to be available can sometimes be difficult.  It  is  also quite difficult to fit gym classes into your busy schedule.  This is why it is much better to own at least one piece of equipment.  The cost of this equipment can be the same price or less than a yearly membership and will last you much longer.
